These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the digital download products, content strategy document packages, performance dashboard template files, and workflow framework documents provided by Nomad Systems Labs ("Division"), operated by its parent legal entity NOMAD SYSTEMS LLC, incorporated in the State of Montana, USA (File No. 17247252). By purchasing or downloading any digital product, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
1. Corporate Identity & Jurisdiction
Nomad Systems Labs is a specialized premium digital e-commerce provider of content strategy templates and automation dashboards, wholly owned and operated by NOMAD SYSTEMS LLC, a limited liability company duly registered under the laws of the State of Montana, United States of America. The official registered physical address is 127 N HIGGINS AVE, STE 307D # 2795, MISSOULA, MT 59802-4486. All contractual obligations, billing, and digital product delivery are governed under the laws of the State of Montana and applicable U.S. federal law. Operational domain: systemsnomadlab.com.
2. Digital Products Provided
Nomad Systems Labs produces and distributes digital download products including content strategy planning templates, pre-configured workflow document packages, interactive performance dashboard spreadsheet frameworks, and funnel scaling worksheet packages. All products are delivered as PDF documents, XLSX spreadsheet files, and ZIP archives containing document-based assets — no executable software or code is included. Our digital product catalog is organized into two purchasing categories:
B2C — Digital Download Passports & Templates
Single-charge digital download licenses granting access to pre-packaged product bundles delivered as ZIP archives and PDF documentation files. Products include: the 6-Month Content Posting Strategy Toolkit & Template Package (€49.99), the 1-Year Funnel Scaling Optimization Manual & Dashboard Template (€84.99), and the 24-Month Enterprise Visibility Blueprint & Performance Tracker (€129.99). All products are delivered to the registered email address immediately upon checkout confirmation.
B2B — Enterprise System Downloads & Module Licenses
Enterprise-grade digital product licenses including the Enterprise Automated Funnel Synchronization License (€499/month recurring) and the Custom Pre-configured Core Business Architecture Handover Kit (€1,200 one-time fee). B2B solutions include dedicated product configuration, comprehensive documentation, and a 1-on-1 Zoom handover and tactical training session.
3. Payment Terms
All B2C digital download products are charged as single one-time payments at the time of purchase. B2B enterprise license subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis as specified at checkout. Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR). NOMAD SYSTEMS LLC does not store payment card data; all transactions are processed through PCI-DSS-compliant third-party payment processors including Stripe, Inc., PayPal Holdings, Inc., and PayOp, operating via encrypted hosted checkout environments. VAT & Taxes: For customers located in the European Union, applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) on digital goods and services may be calculated and collected by our payment processor at checkout in accordance with EU VAT rules for digital services (Directive 2006/112/EC as amended). The applicable VAT rate depends on your country of residence. Where VAT is collected, it will be displayed at checkout prior to payment confirmation.
4. Digital Product Delivery
Upon successful payment confirmation, digital download packages are prepared and delivered to the email address provided at checkout. B2C products are dispatched immediately upon payment confirmation as secure download links and ZIP archives containing PDF documents, XLSX spreadsheet files, and supporting documentation. B2B enterprise clients receive their initial document package and a scheduled Zoom handover session within 48 hours of payment. All digital assets, template files, spreadsheet documents, and written documentation are delivered exclusively by electronic means to the registered email address on file.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the immediate provisioning nature of our digital products, all B2C transactions are single-charge and 100% non-refundable once content delivery or digital access download is initiated. By completing a purchase, the Client explicitly consents to immediate digital delivery and acknowledges the non-refundable nature of the transaction. B2B monthly license subscribers may cancel their subscription by providing written notice at least 14 days before the next billing cycle to support@systemsnomadlab.com. No mid-cycle refunds are issued. B2B project engagements are refundable in full only if cancellation is requested in writing before the initial handover session commences.
6. License Grant & Acceptable Use
Upon purchase, Nomad Systems Labs grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use the purchased digital product files for their own business operations. Downloaded document packages, dashboard spreadsheet templates, and strategy documents may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, or shared with third parties without prior written authorization from NOMAD SYSTEMS LLC. Clients agree to use all downloaded products solely for lawful business purposes in accordance with applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
All digital products, document packages, template files, spreadsheet frameworks, and documentation produced and distributed by Nomad Systems Labs are the intellectual property of NOMAD SYSTEMS LLC. Purchase of a digital download license grants a limited personal-use right only. NOMAD SYSTEMS LLC retains all copyright, trademark, and intellectual property rights in all products and underlying methodologies.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NOMAD SYSTEMS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or reliance on our digital products, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, or failure to achieve specific marketing or operational outcomes. Our total aggregate liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Digital products are provided "as is" based on the market conditions at the time of production. NOMAD SYSTEMS LLC makes no guarantees of specific revenue outcomes, conversion rate improvements, or platform algorithm behavior resulting from use of our templates, spreadsheet frameworks, or strategy documents. Product effectiveness depends on client implementation, market conditions, and platform policy changes beyond our control.
10. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase any digital product from Nomad Systems Labs. By completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are under 18, you may not use our purchasing services.
11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you believe an unauthorized or incorrect charge has been made, you must contact us first at support@systemsnomadlab.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving all legitimate billing concerns promptly — typically within 5 business days. Initiating a chargeback for digital products where delivery has been confirmed and initiated constitutes a breach of these Terms. NOMAD SYSTEMS LLC reserves the right to dispute chargebacks where evidence of delivery and valid purchase exists. For PayPal transactions, PayPal's Buyer Protection program operates independently; disputes may be raised directly via the PayPal Resolution Centre at paypal.com/disputes.
12. Force Majeure
NOMAD SYSTEMS LLC shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery or performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to payment processor outages, hosting disruptions, internet failures, natural disasters, or government actions. In such events we will notify affected clients promptly and fulfil outstanding deliveries as soon as reasonably practicable.
13. Modifications to Terms
NOMAD SYSTEMS LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued purchase or use of products following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the products provided shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Missoula County, Montana, USA, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association Commercial Arbitration Rules.
