These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, digital licenses, maintenance retainers, and infrastructure support offerings provided by Nomad Systems Labs ("Division"), operated by its parent legal entity NOMAD SYSTEMS LLC, incorporated in the State of Montana, USA (File No. 17247252). By purchasing or activating any service plan, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
1. Corporate Identity & Jurisdiction
Nomad Systems Labs is a specialized technical infrastructure, tracking, and systems maintenance division wholly owned and operated by NOMAD SYSTEMS LLC, a limited liability company duly registered under the laws of the State of Montana, United States of America. The official registered address is 127 N Higgins Ave, Ste 307D #2795, Missoula, MT 59802-4486. All contractual obligations, billing, and service delivery are governed under the laws of the State of Montana and applicable U.S. federal law.
2. Services Provided
Nomad Systems Labs provides digital automation engineering, workflow monitoring, funnel tracking optimization, content pipeline maintenance, and algorithm performance analytics services to individual and corporate clients globally. Our service offerings are organized into two categories:
B2C — Individual Support & Maintenance Plans
Fixed-term digital service licenses providing access to our workflow monitoring infrastructure, funnel surveillance dashboards, and technical support channels for a defined license period. Plans include the 7-Day Automation Diagnostic Retainer, the 6-Month Workflow Maintenance Retainer, the 1-Year Premium Growth Passport, and the Lifetime Infrastructure Maintenance Pass.
B2B — Corporate Infrastructure Solutions
Enterprise-grade managed infrastructure services including the Managed Corporate n8n Infrastructure Retainer (monthly recurring) and the Bespoke Funnel Architecture & Brand Scaling Masterclass (one-time project engagement). B2B services include dedicated engineering resources, custom deployment architecture, and 1-on-1 Zoom technical handover sessions.
3. Payment Terms
All B2C plans are charged as single one-time payments at the time of purchase. B2B retainer services are billed on a monthly basis as specified at checkout. Prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of all applicable service fees. Nomad Systems Labs does not store payment card data; all transactions are processed through PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors.
4. Service Activation & Delivery
Upon successful payment confirmation, B2C licenses are provisioned within 48 hours via the email address provided at checkout. B2B clients receive a discovery intake form and scheduled onboarding session within 48 hours of payment. Service access credentials, dashboard access links, and onboarding documentation are delivered exclusively by electronic means to the registered email address.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. Please refer to our standalone Refund Policy for the complete terms governing refunds and cancellations. By completing a purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and accept our refund terms prior to transaction completion.
6. Acceptable Use
Clients agree to use Nomad Systems Labs services solely for lawful business purposes in accordance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. Services may not be used to facilitate unauthorized data collection, platform manipulation in violation of third-party terms of service, spam distribution, or any activity that constitutes fraud or misrepresentation. Nomad Systems LLC reserves the right to terminate service access without refund upon confirmed breach of acceptable use standards.
7. Intellectual Property
All workflow architectures, pipeline configurations, documentation, and technical deliverables produced by Nomad Systems Labs for B2B project engagements are delivered under a limited-use license granted to the client for their own business operations. Nomad Systems LLC retains all underlying intellectual property rights to methodologies, proprietary tooling, and system architecture patterns unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nomad Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Nomad Systems LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding uninterrupted service availability, specific performance outcomes, or the suitability of services for any particular business objective beyond the functional scope explicitly described in each service plan.
10. Modifications to Terms
Nomad Systems LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. Material changes will be communicated to active license holders by email.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Missoula County, Montana, USA, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association Commercial Arbitration Rules.
