Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy governs all purchases made on systemsnomadlab.com for B2C digital download products and B2B enterprise license packages offered by NOMAD SYSTEMS LLC (Montana File No. 17247252), operating under the division name Nomad Systems Labs.

2. Digital Product Non-Refundability

Due to the immediate provisioning nature of our digital products — ready-made strategy frameworks, downloadable workflow templates, and performance dashboard template files — all transactions are single-charge and 100% non-refundable once content delivery or digital access download is initiated.

Digital download access is activated immediately upon payment confirmation. By completing a purchase on systemsnomadlab.com, you explicitly acknowledge and consent that: (a) delivery of digital content commences immediately upon checkout, (b) the license fee is non-refundable once delivery initiation occurs, and (c) you expressly waive any right of withdrawal applicable to digital content under applicable consumer protection law upon commencement of delivery. This policy applies to all B2C products: the 6-Month Content Posting Strategy Toolkit & Template Package, the 1-Year Funnel Scaling Optimization Manual & Dashboard Template, and the 24-Month Enterprise Visibility Blueprint & Performance Tracker.

3. What Constitutes Delivery Initiation

Delivery is considered initiated when any of the following occur:

• A secure download link, ZIP archive, or PDF document has been dispatched to your registered email address.
• A purchase confirmation email containing your product download access details has been sent to your registered email address.
• Digital access credentials or download tokens for the purchased product have been generated and associated with your order.

If you have not received your download package within 48 hours of purchase, contact us immediately at support@systemsnomadlab.com with your order reference — confirmed non-delivery will be investigated and remediated promptly without affecting your consumer rights.

4. B2B Enterprise License Plans

For the Enterprise Automated Funnel Synchronization License (monthly recurring): cancellation may be requested in writing to support@systemsnomadlab.com at least 14 days before the next billing date. No partial-month refunds are issued; the license remains active through the end of the current billing period.

For the Custom Pre-configured Core Business Architecture Handover Kit (one-time project fee): a full refund is available only if cancellation is requested in writing before the initial handover and setup session has commenced. Once the handover session begins, the project fee is non-refundable as dedicated preparation and configuration resources have been committed.

5. PayPal Buyer Protection

If you complete a purchase via PayPal, you may be eligible for PayPal Buyer Protection under PayPal's User Agreement. PayPal Buyer Protection operates independently of this Refund Policy and is administered solely by PayPal. To raise a dispute for a PayPal transaction, visit the PayPal Resolution Centre. Please contact us first at support@systemsnomadlab.com before opening a PayPal dispute — we resolve all legitimate concerns directly within 5 business days.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer or payment provider for a transaction where digital product delivery has been confirmed and initiated, NOMAD SYSTEMS LLC reserves the right to provide evidence of delivery to the payment processor or card network and to contest the chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension from future purchases. 7. Statutory Rights — EU & UK Consumers

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or United Kingdom, you retain applicable statutory rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. By completing your purchase and confirming that digital content delivery may commence immediately, you expressly consent to the waiver of your 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, where you have acknowledged that performance has begun and you have lost your right of withdrawal.
